Error when dragging characteristic - Calypso 2018-202 related

Hi all,

We upgraded to Calypso 2018 about 2 years ago and just recently to the 2020 version. In one of our workstations, we get (3) Calypso "popup" errors whenever a characteristic is dragged to a new location. Oddly enough, when working on the feature side I can drag and drop to my hearts content with no errors...

Has anyone else ran into this?

I am going to guess that a Calypso 4 program is having issues running in the new software. Maybe try creating a new program, set the Base Alignment, copying and pasting with references?

This would probably be easiest to do.
You could also try running as if it was version 4.4.
Go to:
Resources
--Compatibility Settings
----for this Measurement Plan
(scroll down to the bottom of the dialog box and look for)
------Performance as if create with Rev.
Then use the drop down dialog and select version 4.4

The error occurs on new programs and old programs without fail. I'll try the versioning to see if this has an effect.

The PiWeb references has me wondering if it is related to the issue.

I have a Prismo that is being retrofitted with ROTOS capabilities. The tech was having issues until he deleted the sesamdata folder shown in the error message. I'm thinking of making a backup of this folder and moving it temporarily to see if it has a positive effect.

Zeiss tech that was on-site downloaded the latest service pack and after installing it the issue went away.
