[Ma...]
There is a "sphere" feature containing all the necessary measuring strategies, similar to circle, plane and cylinder features. Does this answer your question?
[Da...]
i tryed this but i fail, i do not understand how to do it i need to scan it for form so i wanted many points i think in sphere was something what gived sphere but from 5 points or something very simple
[Er...]
I would use the circle path. In the circle path set the number of paths I want. Then set the two heights. If the CAD extracts correctly I can compare the paths to the CAD.

[Er...]
If you want to scan, I would suggest using the Helix Path Option. Then, you just need to fill in necessary info within the Helix. I would scan slow, and I typically start at the bottom of an ID Sphere or Top of the OD sphere which is usually 1/2 the sphere diameter, which you enter for your start height, determine your target height, and how many rotations necessary to scan. It will calculate your gradient slope from these values. I have learned that if your sphere is not normal to the Alignment, then may not scan correctly. Maybe someone smarter then myself knows how to change this. For this instance, I scan several circled paths, which work great for form as well. If you use the Circles, you will need to change the axis for the different paths you are after.
