Roated program

My free form surface don't rotate with my feature after I rotated my program 90 degree by using my base assignment..

Unfortunately, I believe you may have to rotate the FFS using a secondary alignment. Create a secondary alignment with a rotation about Z either 90° or -90°. Open the FFS, select the dropdown menu for your alignments, tick "Keep Position" checkbox, select the secondary alignment. Then, un-tick "Keep Position" checkbox and select Base Alignment.

Another trick is to set up a new alignment the same as the desired Base Alignment. Set the features to the new alignment. Create new Base Alignment to the same as the new alignment. Set features back to previous alignments. This has worked several times for me.
