What is going on with my alignment

I'm running in simulation so actual and nominal are the same. My alignment is a surface -A-, a cylinder -B- and another surface.

Simulation gave me Z nominal and actual to be same from surrface -A-. but when I call out the position on the same intersection, the Z is way off. why?

I always fill all Datums in GT&T characteristics. Calypso has done weird calculations, or none, when Datums are blank.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Calypso uses the base alignment features as implicit datum features when those fields are left blank. I think you can fill in the secondary and tertiary datum features with the intersection that's being evaluated.

Filling up the slots with datums didn't change anything. What I did was change to a different base alignment and then changing back to the original alignment fixed the problem...
