CMM cannot Innitial when move Home error

I start CMM then it will move Home to 0,0,0 then it stop when move Z to Top because it hit to limit switch.
I try change home position to more Plus(10,10,10) and Minus (-10,-10,-10) , it still Z hit to Limit switch.
Please advise.

On a standard CMM you need to enter a "plus" value for X and two "minus" values for Y and Z. Example X +30, Y -30, Z -30.
On our O-Inspect 322 wee need to move it far enough from the home position before initializing, otherwise it may hit the limit switch when homing.

Which CMM type do you have?

I try Already and also try press Shift+enter + F12. It move to hit Z limit sw.

My first thought is move away from all limit switches. Shut the PC and CMM down. Then start the CMM only and try to Home with F12.
