Roughness Rmr measurement

Hello,

got the following Roughness on a drawing.
My thoughts are that the depth where 70% material should be is missing but i could be wrong, thats why i am asking for a second opinion here.

Hello,

You're right. But you should look for a minimum 70% occupancy rate based on 5% filter value. Also, as you said, the depth value is missing. Generally, the desired depth is not written in the technical drawings. You can request from the customer.

its a bit hard to find information about Rmr values/variables and settings for our program (Mahr) and in general.

We use Mitutoyo Sj-410 model device for this and we are very satisfied. Parameter settings are also very simple
