Custom Fields Incremental Part No.

I know how to control the name of a results file thru Name for Output Files but now I'd like to use a different method. I'd like to modify the incremental part number field in the Standard Protocol header to include additional custom user fields. This way, the default file naming convention , i.e. "Measurement Plan Name" and "Incremental Part Number", will work.
