[Ju...]
You could try creating a 2d Line along the cone if you have a stable feature to compare it to and use Angle Between Features. This will give additional options for the angle evaluation. (After posting, I realized that the second feature in the characteristic should be the datum, so I switched the two features in the program. So, Feature1 is now 2d Line2, and Feature2 is now DatumA.)ConeAngle1.jpgConeAngle2.jpg
[Ju...]
If you don't have a feature to compare it to, you can also get the angle from the 2d Line.ConeAngle.jpg
[Mi...]
- measure feature cone (use two circle patch strategy) - check features for cone (cone1.png). AC is Cone Angle - use characteristic (size - angle - half cone angle) - open characteristic Half Cone Angle and insert feature Cone (cone2.png)

[Ju...]
I should clarify that this is assuming the base alignment is parallel to the granite. Otherwise a result element could be used to adjust the rotation angle.
