Cone angle 15degree

You could try creating a 2d Line along the cone if you have a stable feature to compare it to and use Angle Between Features. This will give additional options for the angle evaluation.

(After posting, I realized that the second feature in the characteristic should be the datum, so I switched the two features in the program. So, Feature1 is now 2d Line2, and Feature2 is now DatumA.)

- measure feature cone (use two circle patch strategy)
- check features for cone (cone1.png). AC is Cone Angle 1524_30deee40f7dec2c202127a421dad5285.png
- use characteristic (size - angle - half cone angle)
- open characteristic Half Cone Angle and insert feature Cone (cone2.png) 1524_2d966ace0aad23ecde50543111f6fc22.png

I should clarify that this is assuming the base alignment is parallel to the granite. Otherwise a result element could be used to adjust the rotation angle.
