Can not check the elipses

I have an ATOS 1 sensor along with two measuring volumes, MV65 and MV250. When I try to calibrate the sensor, I am getting this error during the very first step on both lenses.

"MSensorCal-0203

Can not check the elipses

Left camera: Can not detect calibration object."

I have tried reconnecting all cables, cleaned all lenses and cameras. If anyone knows the solution to this issue, please guide me.

Hi , several things I would look at based on these images :-

the panel appears damaged - there seem to be scratches on it.  

the lenses may be dirty 

The apertures of the lenses might not be balanced .

hard to see by these images alone but focus may be off too.

 

If both volumes exhibit same issues then it still makes sense to conclude on these basic checks before next steps .
