Probing system qualification program for CAA stylus systems.

I have posted this before but it didn't really gain any traction. I am on a Contura with RDS-CAA head. Four of the 11 stylus systems I have used the CAA qualification. 12 angles around the sphere and the stylus is qualified for some 20,000 different A/B configurations. The rest just qualify in the non-CAA format. I am trying to make a program to qualify all the stylus. I used Probing system qualification from "Resources" and the non-CAA probe qualify as they should. I am creating these for AutoRun programs just like the other CMM's in the shop. However this is the only CMM that is RDS-CAA. The others are a Prismo and 3 Duramax CMM. This way the operators on the floor can perform a weekly qualification task required by QC and Manufacturing.

This issue I am running into is that the 4 probes that were set up using CAA qualification do run the 12 probing angles when plugged into the "Probing system qualification. They only run 6 angles and the qualification fails and the stylus system is not qualified anymore.

My plan is to make individual AutoRuns for each probe and then an ALL PROBE qualification. Something the operator run right before he/she leaves on Friday or the last day of the work week.

Was is the trick for making CAA stylus systems run the full 12 positions around the sphere when using Probing system qualification out of the Resources menu.

Thanks Rick. This answers my main question. This all comes from the ease of an operator clicking a "Qualification" program in AutoRun. Click it and forget at the end of shift on Friday's. Looks like I will need run the CAA on the 4 probes and make a Autorun program for the other 7 non-CAA qualified probes.
