No. As far as I know, the file format of the SSC models is proprietary. Zeiss may be able to include customer-specific elements in the database, but not for free of course.

You can model your own probes to a certain extent by using the available generic shapes. This is limited of course, but you can often break up a needed shape into several generic shapes. A simple example: If you need a connection at a specific height of a cylinder, you can achieve it by combining 3 separate cylinder shapes: the first one of length A (up to the connection height), the second one of height 0 (only providing the 4 connections) and the third of length B (rest of the cylinder).

The shapes you build that way can be exported as separate SSC shapes and later be imported and attached to a connection point.
