Hello everyone,

I am pretty new with calypso software.
In the piweb report the deviation band it shows me the nominal value and I want to show me the center of the tolerance, where do I find these settings?

Ex: The dimension is 20 - 0.1, in piweb report on +/- band the center of this dimension is 20(nominal),I want to change so the center would be - 0.05.

Can someone give me some hints?

If you write the measure value as 19.95 ± 0.05 in the program in Calypso, the nominal value appears as 19.95 in piwep. This is how I solve it.

I know, but for example:I have on drawing 20 -0.1.
I want on report to have nominal value 20 and deviation +/- band to show the center of the tolerance 19.95. If I change the nominal value in 19.95 than on report will appear 19.95 as nominal which is not ok with the drawing

The drawing indicates a single sided tolerance so unless you do what Unal suggested, I’m guessing you’ll have to live with a single sided deviation graph.

Thank you, than can I atleast change the values that it shows at deviation to show the correction needed till the center of tolerance ? Now it shows how much correction it needs till the nominal.

Put reference dimensions on the report to help them find the center. Depending on the feature and your alignment it could be as simple as using your x-y dist from the feature. Just check the box to remove the tolerance if that is an issue with the references.

There must be some settings, because we have 2 duramax one with calypso 2018 and the new one with calypso 2019. The older one with calypso 2018 is working fine the reports are they way I want, but the second one have the
problem described. I also copied the programs from the older duramax to the newest and same problem and I looked everywhere, all the settings I know to see if it is some difference, but nothing.

I had the same problem. And made this which seems right.
How did I do this? I really can't remember. But I think it were some place in the properties of the tolerance bar.

Open the PiWeb report template in the Designer (editor). Go to File > Configure tolerance limits >

In the dialog that opens, select use custom configuration. At the bottom, change the dropdown from Nominal to Middle of Tolerance.

This can also be changed with CALYPSO Standard:
Windows Start / ZEISS CALYPSO xx / PiWeb reporting plus (can be done without a license). Options (Gear icon) => Tolerance usage mode882_f9642528c51705ce64f8118cc38097fe.png
