[Da...]
Out of curiosity, where does Calypso save base alignments? Say I create a new part program and want to load an existing base alignment that is not listed in the drop-down box. Would I have to load the relevant program and actively save the base alignment first? What if I want to load a base alignment based purely on translation & rotation numbers I would like to provide?Capture.PNG

[To...]
Let's say you load a program from another machine via usb stick. If you try to run the program, you will not see the base alignment that was used previously as it doesn't exist on this machine. If you open the base alignment, all of the features used in the BA will be there. Then, if you go back to run window, the BA will now be selectable. Obviously, you wouldn't be able to run that alignment unless the BA was in the same exact location on each machine. That also assumes there was actual data in the BA features to calculate the BA. I digress. As far as your question, you would load the program with the desired alignment, and repeat the above. Open the BA window, change current alignment. Close the BA window. That action will create the BA to load in your first program.
