Nominals are different picking Points vs Space Points?

Can anyone help correct a problem we are having?
More questions about new machine and set up.
We just got a new DuraMax with Calypso v7.2.04 and we discovered when picking points while programming there is a difference in the nominal values created when using “Create points” vs “Create space points”. The amount varies from model to model and even within a single model . It almost looks like it depends on the distance from zero “0”. In the attached picture I’ve included it ranges from “0” at Y0 to .0250 at the other end of the part. I had a much larger part with the “0” of both the X and Y centered that showed .020 at the top Z and .050 in the X and Y directions. If these points are run in a program the results generated are good numbers, matching the model and the(points/space points) match up. So it looks like the machine and probes are working properly. It’s only the nominals listed that are off.
On the older CMM we have, a Contura with Calypso v6.8.08. This has never been an issue and when I do the same programming on it with the same models all the points (points/space points) match up with the same values like they should.
I have tried to go over both machines to get all the settings on the new one to match the old. Have I missed something? Is there something I need to do to get the Point feature to list the proper nominal?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Define Points is like manual programming, most of the time the nominals will be correct, but not always.

I rarely ever use Define Points because of this.

Edit:

Go to Extra - Settings - Measurement - Nominal - change the roundoff measure to 0.0001.

I've noticed that this tends to show itself more when working in inches.

Richard,

That change in the Nominal settings did it. Thanks.

I rarely use it too but the night guy wanted to add some points to a program and chose that instead of space points and saw the problem.

I have the Contura set at 0.0001 but missed that setting when I was syncing up the two machines. We do use inches for most of our measuring.

Thanks again for the help

Within a program, you can it to go 8 places in the Features Settings Editor. Why not allow 8 in the Settings page? Or, at least 5?

Didn't I see you in one of the recent Zeiss webinars where they were discussing that this was on the list of things to be fixed soon?
