I paid for it but, I've been told their giving it away with when taking Calypso basic training . A lot of good information in the cookbook regarding what type of filter or evaluation to use in strategies, including recommended probe size and scanning speed. I would think they would offer a good consolidated cost savings if you bought the whole library?
