Calypso 21 Offline Seat Installation Problem

Not sure if anyone else had this problem and resolution when updating from Calypso 2020 to 2021....on the offline seat workstation after the installation was complete the software is unable to connect to any simulated machines. When I select a machine and "Connect" the software hangs up and will not get beyond the spinning blue pointer phase. Anyone know the fix? The service ticket process isn't always quick.

Try creating a new machine tab, and see if that works.

You may have to rename your config folder to config.bak. When you open Calypso after doing this it will create a fresh config folder - then create a new machine tab.
