Automatic Stylus change problems

What happens is...
If I change the feature to another stylus Calypso does not change to the stylus when the program runs. Calypso measures it with the current stylus.

I had a program with a 2mm ruby and wanted to switch to 1mm and then back. The program refused to switch back. I wound up running the whole program with the 1mm.

The next parts had to run ASAP so I just used the 1mm. Now the run is done and I changed a feature in the program to 2mm and it measured with the 1mm.

How do I best fix this?
My current thoughts are delete all stylus systems to reset the SQL files SDOdata. Then Import the pcf files I saved last month.

Any other ideas?

Either the change isn't being committed in Calypso, or you have something wrong with your SQL database. If it is the latter, I'm not certain I'd want to export/import PCFs as you don't know what is corrupted or not.

Deleting the stylus systems and loading last months pcf files didn't work.

Now I am going to delete the systems then create from scratch just two test systems at 0,0.

Is there a way to reset the SDO files?

Does anyone know if the calibration is stored on the controller or the computer?

I created a new CMM-Machine and it fixed it. Of course this created a new SDO file so maybe that was the issue.
