[Da...] Posted March 11, 2022 Share Posted March 11, 2022 Hi It shakes while its measured its one of our biggest parts on our duramax its shaking about 1~1.5 mm while measuring, moustly while its in directions betwen X- and Y- or X+ and Y+ Its very fast like percussion drill We have some old programs made with navigator and its now unavailable option here (whatever it is) so we allways saving programs with erarsing Navigator datas. is it a machine program or is it may be changed by program ? [Er...] Posted March 11, 2022 Share Posted March 11, 2022 Just some wild guesses... First make sure the CMM base is sitting on the floor without rocking. Preferably it should be bolted down. Then make sure the base and CMM do not rock. A possible option is to qualify the stylus with Probing Dynamic at 50% and see if that helps. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When "saving programs with erasing Navigator datas" doesn't seem to properly change the speed automatically. Also, check your set up to make sure it's securely fixtured. Hope this helps!
