Can someone explain this? It's easily cleared, restarted Calypso, but B shift freaked out and stopped checking parts. And, of course, I couldn't get it to happen again. I'd like to keep this error from coming back does anyone know what causes this and how to prevent it? Thanks.

I know this message.
It could be due to the CALYPSO PiWeb synchronization.
When CALYPSO is restarted, PiWeb is started at the end of the first CNC sequence, which takes a certain amount of time.
CALYPSO waits for a response "PiWeb loaded" in order to be able to continue. If this message comes too late, this may be the reason.

A note is when the 2nd CNC sequence works.

Test
After CALYSPO has started, start PiWeb manually and then run the CNC sequence.

This is the potential fix for me when I went to 7.2. NO issues since then. Calypso will make another PiWebReportinDatabase folder. Did for me anyway.

Navigate to the Calypso workarea folder for the version that you are working from

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Zeiss\CALYPSO x.x\workarea

In that folder you will have a folder called, ““PiWebReportinDatabases”. Re-name that folder “PiWebReportinDatabases_backup”

Also if you are going to 2021, in order to get your piweb reporting plus data base back you have to go in and convert the .dfm files over to dfs. New version uses the different file extensions. Again this was my machine. your mileage may vary

The problem is that it kicked it up for the "off" shift and caused the computer to lock up. I couldn't get it to do it again. Will follow your recommendations, if it happens again.

This absolutely did the trick for me. After I renamed the folder, all it did was automatically created a new folder within that workarea folder that my PiWeb info is automatically stored in. No more errors here.
Thank you, Mike!
