Program Improvement Ideas?

No one can provide a print for this plate. The only thing I have to go by is the nominals off the .stp file. Just looking for improvement ideas if you guys have any.

The base alignment is using a plane at top and front, a plane on the right side. What are some other ideas for better alignment you guys would do ?

Using simple distance for points to report out the width as shown. Should I do Perpendicular?
Using simple distance to report out the distance of the circle in the y direction.

No, really, jokes aside, what are they expecting from you to measure without print or at least a good sketch? Words do not count here.

It looks like all the points on plane 2 and 3 are at the same location in Z. You should have some points at different Z locations to create a plane.

The alignment with three planes is a good standard base alignment. Add loops and it should be repeatable. Base alignments are best used to just find the part repeatably.

A reason to use a different alignment is it will not repeat part to part due to manufacturing variation. For that part a Top plane and Circle Right and Circle Left may be more repeatable. It depends on how it is made.

Simple distance uses alignments. The perpendicular will be calculated according to the alignment. I tend to get better results using Cartesian Distance where everything is specified.
