Automatic Alignment Issue

I have a program that has been running perfectly well, then suddenly we get the error shown in the photo.

Collision Warning, Features for alignment must be measured but automatic measurement not selected.

I checked, and everything was set to automatic, no one had touched the program, i deleted the base alignments etc. and no matter what I did it wouldn't go away.

I eventually fixed it by copying all the features/characteristics into a new program, and it worked!

Have I missed something obvious?

I've only ever seen this when making Automatic Probe Qualification programs.

This shows up when you run "Use Position Points Only" instead of "Use Clearance Planes"
