What can prevent these files from being created? (See image)
Many older programs, circa 2017 and 2018, will not create these files.
All the necessary settings are activated for these files, they are simply are ignored by some older programs.

Any PDF, TXT files are sent to the default C: drive in the default "Results" folder.
ZMP files are ignored all together.

Default folder structure:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\CMM Results
It gets worse.
This string in the PCM;
"S:\Quality\Quality Department\7.6 Inspection\CMM data\#CMM PDF Files\"
Is ignored when the default files are generated.
The rest of the PCM, is used to generate the default file names.

All the folder creation code is ignored.

Wait...What...?

I dont think "#" is a valid character for a file or folder name. Try removing that from your naming defaults.
Also, make sure drive S: is accessible. Sometimes network drives fail to re-connect at log on and you need to manually re-connect those network drives.

I've used the # symbol for about 12 years, its never been a problem.
It is not a problem in new programs.
This is programs written by a predecessor as far back as 2017.
