Anybody knows "ITEM NUMBER: 626103-0030-016 - Star stylus with cube, M3 XXT, stepped" how to use it?

It is a pre-built star. You will need an extension, and a screw to use it.

The description of the star probe doesn't indicate what the hole size is but I would guess that you might want 626103-6110-004 but I don't know for sure. Please confirm with Zeiss when placing order.

You will also need an 8mm Reference Sphere because each stylus is 4mm long.
