[Cl...] Posted February 24, 2022 Share Posted February 24, 2022 I have a program checking two separate surface profiles, using FFS from recalled 3d curves. Yesterday the program gave "normal" results. Today I run the program and get deviations of 178mm on one and 7mm on the other. Normally I see deviations of .03 - .04 microns. After eliminating the stylus as the problem, and re-building the FFS, still the same results. I then healed the model and that immediately fixed the problem.
