O-Inspect Camera connection

After updating to calypso 2018 the connections via the ethernet were severed, after establishing the controller connection the camera still will not connect. I've attempted to change the Ip address with no success. Has anyone else encountered this issue before?

Are you certain the hardware connection / network card is still ok? We once had an issue where somebody had ripped off the RJ45 socket from the network card's PCB. This was only discovered after removing the card.

The card looks to be fine. Im thinking that it has to do with the Ip address for the connection. Im currently awaiting access to another workstation that has the same camera to check the ip address and ip config. If I can figure it out before I get an answer here then I'll post what the issue was.
