[Je...] Posted February 1, 2022 Share Posted February 1, 2022 . We're moving our Prismo Ultra to a new building soon. This move was planned before I was hired, but leadership has been awesome at involving me in the conversation about the new measurement lab for this CMM. However, I took a stroll through the unfinished building, and I noticed that in the measurement lab there are two HVAC vents directly above the cement pad for the CMM. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot the airflow, which we obviously do not want pouring directly down on the CMM? Air baffles? [Cl...] Posted February 1, 2022 Share Posted February 1, 2022 Our Contura G2 was failing Zeiss's calibration. There was an air-conditioned very close blowing cool are directly onto the machine. We re-directed the air-flow and the calibration passed. We used a type of curtain in front of the AC vent and that seemed to work. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
