How can i measure "Dim 0.068 & Dim 0.664"?

Unless I'm missing something, I think this just means that the specified diameter has to be between 0.664 and 0.680. (Min/Max callout)

I know but What function can i use to measure for diameters Dim 0.068 & Dim 0.664?
I believe there are some way to measure them.

The .680-.664 diameter is where the 3 Bosses are to be located. You can take a point on each face, then recall those into a circle.

Find the center of each stud. Take a point at those centers. Recall the three points into a circle.
