[Ow...]
I don’t use our portable rotary table a lot but, ever since loading and running Calypso 2020 version7.0.08 It won’t let me calibrate a probe with the RT activated in a measurement plan. Pops up a warning saying, “Calibration not allowed with RT” and then turning the stop-light red. If I deactivate the RT-Axis, it allows me to calibrate probes and runs fine. It didn’t used to do this. I’m just wondering if anybody else has had the problem or if any patch has been released to fix the issue? I’m not yet ready to bite the bullet and download and run with the 2021 version yet, would rather just go with a patch if it’s known problem. If not, I guess I’ll just deal with the inconvenience of having to deactivate it every time I need to calibrate a probe.
[Ma...]
I can not find it, but there was a decent discuss about it. It's doing newer version of Calypso. On older versions you have to do oposite then on new one. Edit : found it viewtopic.php?t=5199
[Ow...]
Thank you for finding the link Martin. I thought there was something posted about it but, couldn't find it either. That was regarding air-bearing rotary tables (which I don't have) using version 7.2 but, obviously the same issue I'm having with version 7.0. [Ch...]
Owen, read further down. It started happening on my RT-01 as well.
[Ch...]
Also, I went from 6.8 straight to 7.2. So if this problem was present in 7.0 then I wouldn't have known.
