Replacing cad model

My reverse engineering team gave me a cad model, then they change the model . But I already created the offline programming using old model. How can I change programming to new model? Instead of creating new one.
There is only a small change.

If the new CAD has the exact same origin as the BA of you're original program, you can literally just delete the old CAD and drop in the new, change the features/characteristics that need changing, and run a CAD model comparison to make it pretty.

Obviously, if they don't share the same origin, change the new model's to reflect the programs in any way you're comfortable with. If I'm at a station without SolidWorks, I just make a new Calypso program, transform the model, save the model, close the program without saving, then add the model to the program.
