Probe system qualification from Utilities vs Qualify from Stylus system menu

I have noticed when using the "Probe system qualification" from utilities menu that it only uses 6 articulations on RC-CAA (RDSCAA) and the method is not the same as if I ran the qualification from the Stylus system menu dialog box.
When using the Probe system qualification icon the method is "Qualify Passive Stylus" and the only other choice is "Geometry Re-qualification".

When using the "Stylus system" dialog box" it uses 12 articulations and the method is "RC-CAA", and that is the only choice to use.

Now the big issue.
When I use the Probe system qualification icon, all the RC-CAA probes FAIL!
When I run them thru the Stylus system dialog box they pass with no issues.
When I run RC-List probes thru the Probe system qualification icon, they all pass fine.

Questions are:
1. Why does the Probe system qualification icon use a method that differs from the Stylus system menu method?
2. Why cant I assign the same method in the Probe system qualification icon? (there are only two options and neither are RC-CAA, also the options are mostly greyed out less "Qualify Passive Stylus" and "Geometry Re-qualification".
3. Why do RC-CAA (RDSCAA) fail when using the "Probe system qualification" icon.
4. Why do RC-List probes pass in either qualifying method?

I ran into this creating a stylus qualification program.
I need to automate qualifications, its a must do.
