Probing system qualification - CMM Program

After adding a "Probing system qualification" and after the last stylus articulation has completed, the CMM over travels in the Z axis.
This is a RC-CAA qualification.

In our Approach Parameters dialog box we have Z axis set to "9999.00", this creates a a Z axis move to Z axis upper limit for all stylus changes required. (Not sure if this may be the cause).

How do I prevent the Z axis from over travel without removing the Z axis clear value?

Every time you dock/undock your probe for that holder the CMM will travel up 9999mm. If you don't want it to travel up, then set it to zero. If you need it to travel up for clearance purposes, then set it to a value within your CMM's range of travel for Z.
