Advanced Filters in PiWeb Designer

I want to have my data binding set up so that it automatically filters what is returned based on a characteristic attribute (CA). I have created a CA named Inspection Level (12010) that is a catalog data type with key 0 = Critical and key 1 = Non-Critical. How do I write the correct filter if I want to return Critical only? ${Qdb.Characteristic(12010)}

You have to use an inspection plan filter, not an advanced filter. Inspection Plan filter button is up near the Module and Name field of the data provider tab.
