Can the "Point" feature be set to Polar instead of Cartesian coordinates in the geometry features window?

I need to do a pattern of points across the surface of a disk. I want my first point to be on X radius at Y degrees. Is there a way to switch the Features -> Point option from Cartesian to Polar? I'm very familiar with changing from Cartesian to Polar in the Strategy -> Points List menu, but when I attempt to edit it for a single point I'm greeted with the error message "You can only make changes in the Geometry window" ...which is Cartesian only.

And yeah, I can run it through a converter to go from Polar to Cartesian, but I feel like entering a point as Polar option has to be somewhere in the software already.

Martin is right: you can edit it in "Feature representation"
It works but as soon as you have a lot of points to edit, it is very time-consuming.
Iยดd like to have it directly in the geometry feature window, as you suggested it. It would be so great to have a simple switch...
Lots of people seems to agree with me, except the Zeiss guys... ๐Ÿ™

Look at this request and feel free to add a comment.

not sure if this is still relevant, but in strategy if you click on "probing point" you can change it to polar coordinates, based on alignment or feature

how ever feature itself will be in cartesian coordinated and it cant be changed in feature box.
which, by the way is a basic option in almost all other software
