Updating issue

Anyone else seeing this ????

Issue with PiWeb not updating the page when I go into Edit Measurement tab. In order for me to see the measurement data after the edit I have to go into Pi Web reporting + and call it up that way.

Example would be.. Let’s say calypso measures an ID out of tolerance. In order to pass the part I will check it with a pin gauge. When I go into edit measurement page and change the dimensions to show what pin size I used, it will not update the change even after I click the update buttons at the bottom left. Dimension still stays red.

In 2019 it would update it on the screen for me without me having to go all the way out and open Pi Web reporting +. Is there a setting somewhere in 2021 that I can change or is this something that a newer version will fix?

Are you hitting the "update page" button? In order to populate a report with the new values, it will need to query that data again..

Yes I have hit every update button the page lol

It worked fine in 2019 but the new version I have to go out and pull up the PW+ and recall the part run there. Then it shows the changes I made

I got a call into mother Zeiss and I am awaiting to hear back.

I had to use the update provider drop down as seen in the screenshot. The update buttons at the bottom left do not work.

Not sure with the upgrade I did that the option carried over?? Not sure whats going on
