Use Individual Circle Path as Diameter Characteristic

Good Morning.
I am somewhat new to this forum. Apologies in advance if I am creating a topic in an incorrect spot.
I have many holes to inspect on a block that, for example, may be in a 10 holes x 10 holes pattern. I have created a cylinder feature every 10 holes on holes 1, 11, 21, 31... etc to 100. I have a four circle path strategy within each cylinder.
Would I be able to create diameter measurements in my characteristics window that isolate a measurement to each path within each individual cylinder? I cant seem to isolate the path in that manner within the characteristics tab.
For example Dia1_path1, Dia1_path2, Dia1_path3, Dia1_path4, Dia11_path1, Dia11_path2, Dia11_path3, Dia11_path4... and so on.
Is this more efficient to be done within the characteristics tab or something that is a function of reporting?

No simple way except maybe with PCM option.

Create and open circle. Click Options. Select Recall Feature Points. Right-click on cylinder, select Open. Select desired path. Click OK. Apply Diameter characteristic.
