Equally dividing the points

My customer want to take equally divide 25 points on my cam profile, is there is any option to divide it equally?. I don't have curve and pcm.

Could you use unknown contour in a circle feature ? I'm not sure how it would divide out the points, by distance or angle...

I don't know if this can be done without Curve. Unless there was some way to create the points from the cad model in cad software, give the X,Y,Z coordinates and then you program the points using the coordinates. Also, if you were to send your program to someone with curve, they could create the 25 nominal points, Extract the X,Y,Z coordinates for you to program if your company would allow this. Maybe someone else knows something I don't.

I think you are right, without curve this is not possible. I did it approximately.

I think you might be able using CAD-Creating features. Section the model where you want and then go to point set, change to space points and From Curves. Grid length will be the number of points.

I just tried it on my planner. It works just fine.
