If lineform without datum, can i use this function to evaluate?

You can not use "form" characteristic because of result - "Form" will give you number which you must multiply by 2.
I am sure you have defined radius as basic dimension.

If drawing doesn't contain any of basic dimensions for this, then you can use "alignment from curves" to bestfit it and then report profile.

If you don't have curves and FFS then tell it to us.

Form result is the difference between Max and Min Deviation. To see an example of this, open a feature and look at the bottom
You see a max point and a min point. The form result is the difference. Note: this is based on an LSQ evaluation. Using Minimum Feature evaluation would be similar to a roundness or flatness.

Profile is the max deviation (note: this could be a negative value) times 2.

Curves is the only option to report Line Profile, in my opinion.
