[Jo...]
Are there any known issues with certain versions of Excel and what other tools are required for populating Excel workbooks, the default ones work but the one we use with our logo stopped working after the weekend and I can't for the life of me find out what happened. It's Excel 365 and we also have Excel 2010 on another machine and it is still working. Any idea where to start, I moved the file from the working machine over but still nothing. I think it must be an excel issue.
[Th...]
For me, when this error occured, I replaced the file with a backup one and it started working again. Look in the file uploads on my profile to find the latest version of this file (attached in Calypso 7.0). [Er...]
@Josh We just had the same thing occur with Office 365. It was working, and now all of a sudden, last week, it stopped. Did you ever find a fix for this? I tried replacing the backup file and nothing. Unless i am not updating the correct file. Help would be appreciated. Thanks. [Er...]
This is the Error I am getting. Has anyone seen this before?
[Er...]
Our Excel report stopped working when Office was upgraded. Something about the path changed and Calypso does not like it. We have switched to making PiWeb reports and using Excel Power Query to pull the .chr files into Excel. I have not seen a cure for this. But now I would not go back. [Er...]
I called Zeiss. No one could figure out anything that would fix this error. We finally uninstalled office and re-installed it, which worked. Sometimes you just have weird gremlins and need a reset. 🤣
