Re-installation seems to be their go to solution. Troubleshooting can be quicker, but not a sure thing. And knowing what the software errors mean is key. Makes me wonder if Calypso is getting corrupted easily.

I was getting a Graphics Reset error. I called to confirm that it meant the graphics card was overloaded as it was a big, for us, CAD file. Helpdesk wanted to reinstall Calypso with no reasoning behind why that would fix it. I said thanks, but no thanks. I deleted most of the CAD fixture so I could still program and it worked fine.
