[Ry...] Posted October 1, 2021 Share Posted October 1, 2021 I have an issue trying to scan a 2d contour. Everyone uses mituyou cmms and have different files for contours. I tried to import it and it was a straight line going to infinite. I tried using the sections on the cad model and the outer contour worked fine. The inner contour I can see is trying to go inside the model. Is this an issue with my stl file or is there a way I can fix it? I used the inner contour I made from the section and I was off by 0.5mm which isn't right. Any help would be great! [Er...] Posted October 7, 2021 Share Posted October 7, 2021 I have had to use CAD software to open files and fix them. Some had garbage in them that Calypso did not show.
