Autorun works on one cmm and not another

Hello All so we have 2 CMM'S that we use AUTORUN on. I took the program files from one computer and moved them to the other, updated my alignment to the new machine made sure to save everything. I begin to run and a pop up comes on saying start parameter is not set in autorun mode what does this mean? I'm only using a base alignment for this program Everything is fine I even ran it off of autorun and it worked just fine but went back to autorun and it did not work just kept giving me the same pop up

Can you post screenshots of the Autorun start parameter window from the CMM where it works and the same from the CMM where it doesn't?
