[To...]
Any suggestions for reporting arc length for 2 diameters? I'm guessing I'll start with 2 intersections of the 2 cylinders and the OD. Do I need to do a Result Element or is there a tool already defined for this?Arc Length.jpg Link to comment https://qualityforum.zeiss.com/topic/12064-arc-length/ Share on other sites
[Ch...]
See Topic : viewtopic.php?p=21233#p21233 You should be able to get it with Result Element. You will need to know the angle value between the two I believe. I think Calypso should incorporate something for this. Good Luck! [SH...]
Please sign in to view this quote. If you are looking for direct tool, I think circular pitch option can help you. Size _ more_ circular pitch. Link to comment https://qualityforum.zeiss.com/topic/12064-arc-length/#findComment-60236 Share on other sites
[Ma...]
The easiest way may be result element. The formula for arc length is radius x angle between the intersections in radians.
