[Ra...]
Recently, i modified the userfields.ini to put a custom field name. The .ini file is correct but the parameter is not showing up in input parameter. The software (calypso 5.4) doesn't have a piweb license, is this the problem? Any solutions?! [Ma...]
Is this your first try, or you added some lately? I ask about your experience. Sometimes you have to close Calypso. Or you skipped selection of this new one. Or you are not using PiWeb and then it must be used on Custom Report to show up.
[To...]
When you edit the printout header, do the user variables show up in the list to the left? Have you added the user variables to the report header? Unlike PiWeb, the user variables will not show up in the Input Parameters window until they've been added to the header. Can you post a screen capture of the .ini file?
[Ra...]
Thanks for your replies guys. I actually didn't update in the header, I thought first I'll check if the parameter shows up then I'll prepare the format. I'll have to change the header, will revert if it doesn't work.. And sorry I can't post screenshots as I'm not allowed carry my mobile inside the plant.
