Offset on Cad Model

Hello all,
I'm sure something simple here, why after creating Base Alignment on Cad Model, is there an offset value in Z when remeasuring? This surface has been set to zero. Then a point created has the Nominal value with an offset, but the Actual value is correct. Is there a function I need to revise to have the Base Alignment and other features to match up?

Can you give any screen shot?.
Did you set your BA to zero?.

Hello,

Should have known this would remedy this issue. After a computer and Renishaw controller shut down, Calypso and the probe readings are now in sync.

After computer re-start, thought the issue was resolved, but still had same issue with point readings. Then recalled this setting shown below and after reset of new value Cad Model and points now match.
