The Nvidia Quadro FX 1800 graphics card was overloaded by the size of the CAD file combined with Evaluations. It doesn't sound like the "System error-WSAECONNRESET and graphics reset" was occurring in all programs. Since that is the case it makes sense that one CAD model in particular was over loading the graphics card.
