Reset for flashing lights on Jog Box?

controller Jog Box model BP26 flashing all lights on startup unable to use to move vastXXT head.
can run programs from computer that are already aligned on CMM... ie; calibration requalification of styli.

is there any combination of buttons on the jog box that will stop the flashing lights?
or settings on the computer? help... our CMM is down until we figure this out... new controller on order

problems started when we replaced the controller cable from the jog box to the base unit. removed new cable, replaced old one, same issues. the old cable was frayed at jogbox connector end and had to be repaired... box was not dropped.

update on flashing lights/jog box.
replaced older bp26 model controller with newer one bp26 LE no change lights still flash, won't reset.
technician said to call for service call, that was friday. waiting to hear from Zeiss service tech as to when they can have someone come out. replaced new jog box with original one, still have new cable on, same issues... maybe we can get credit for the new jogbox...?
any ideas out there?

What is the controller connected to?

If the controller is not responding to a reset/shutdown, then you may want to unplug the CMM and wait a few minutes while the memory clears up.

If you have the ability to connect a monitor to the CMM computer (Not your PC) then it may display what its hanging up on. send a screenshot if you can.

The other thing I can think of is these cables are possibly not "hot-swappable" so remember to fully shut down when plugging/un-plugging your connections.
