[Me...]
Hey folks, I'm stumped on a issue in regard to how True Position is showing up on a custom report. In the capture below, I've highlighted what the issue is. For some odd reason, in all True Position characteristics it is showing an Upper & Lower tolerance instead of just the Upper. The issue still happens using MMC/MMB/RFS/RMB. It isn't effecting our SPC data but its confusing some of our engineers when they view our reports and I'm having to explain that it doesn't mean anything. The weird thing is that other programs in our catalog with the same version of software do not have this issue on the printout. Anyone have any solutions to fixing my issue? [Me...]
I've found that creating a new True Position fixes it but it's quite annoying if I have to change the entire program. 🙁
[Pe...]
Can try Measurement Plan Editor Characteristics -> Characteristics (Nominal Data) -> Lower Tolerance And delete it there (though it should be blank for any Positional tolerance anyways). By default it seems that for a position, it erases it if you try to put anything in the field, so maybe if you just set it to zero it will fix. [Me...]
Thanks for the help. No dice though, didn't matter. Still shows up.
