Move Measurment Plan Baselines on multiple Parts

We are redesigning our inspection plate system and it will be 3 inches off of the slab. Is there a straight forward way to move a datum or make a machine adjust to move all of my measurement plans(>200) up that amount? My X&Y are in the exact same machine location just my Z is moving up.
This would prevent me from having to do a manual Baseline on several hundred parts.

Maybe you schould try to set offset in your base alligment:

But im, not sure it's the good solution, you have to test it. And of course it only works on one program at a time.
