[Pa...]
Hello, Is there a option to automaticly generate a PDF report (SPC in this case) in PiWeb (Reporting Plus or SBS) for example twice a day? Now we have to open PiWeb, choose programm, select template, then characteristics and at the end print report manually. Is there any option to automate it? [Mi...]
PW will not generate the report automatically unless you run the prg. As far as I know anyway. You can run the part and uncheck the clear existing results box. Now if you want it to output the "process monitoring template" in a pdf then you will need to add that to your piweb template folder which is in the part inspection folder. Then choose it to show in the reports menu drop down which is in the multiple reports window. Sounds confusing I know If you need a walk thru on how to do this email me mracine at rapa.com. Not hard just a few mouse clicks along with copy and paste...
[La...]
Please sign in to view this quote. You can run Windows Task Scheduler to run Monitor. You can launch Monitor with arguments to do certain tasks. I'm not sure how to PDF it, but you can use these arguments (& others) to send emails at certain times. [Pa...]
For everyone who may need it in the future. I created an SPC temple in PiWeb, then I used this temple in Calypso (new PiWeb report in multiprotocol). In multiprotocol I can edit this template, like the characteristic which I want to use, choosing the number of results used to calculate Cp and Cpk, filter results by attributes and almost everything that PiWeb can do. After this I have a new SPC report after each measurement in the folder which I choose elier. Have a good day!
